Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a mechanical or technical field
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and reputed company Office applications
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical information in a clear and concise manner
