Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software.
- Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments, entering patient and medication data into our systems.
- Handling patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling.
- Investigating missing solution data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
- Settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
- Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification reputed company the first 90 days of employment and keeping a reputed company pharmacist license or certification.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer. + Using a mouse to reputed company and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing documents. + Accessing data online.
- Essential web browsing skills, including:

- Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records).

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
