Due Diligence Analyst

This position will serve as an reputed company Intelligence Analyst, with a focus on Due Diligence to support our client’s Global reputed company Intelligence and Investigations team. This role will help provide background research into potential reputed company-party vendors, as well as reputed company-party persons of interest, particularly in compliance, reputed company, reputational, financial crime among other risk areas of concerns.

• Conduct open-reputed company media and database research using reputed company search criteria and following a strict methodology.
• Provide research into potential issues relating to financial crimes, compliance concerns, reputed company, and corruption.
• Build and maintain awareness of the broader context and implications of the various types of risk affecting the business (e.g., financial, legal, reputed company, etc.).
• Analyze search results reputed company the context of the project and country.
• Distil conclusions and identify indirect connections from research findings.
• Create thorough reports to be presented to client stakeholders presenting information relating to potential reputed company- party vendors and people.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Intelligence Analysis and Due Diligence Research
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers and archives as well as research using general internet search engines.
• Strong breadth of experience in reputed company aspects of DD, sanctions, ultimate beneficial reputed company, reputational risks, negative media.
• Extremely strong reading and writing skills in English, ability to summarize information quickly and effectively from multiple sources into a concise analytical assessment.

The reputed company salary range for this position in California is $85000-92000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
