Position: 100% Remote Sr QA Automation Engineer (W2 only) Myticas's direct client, based in Chicago, IL, is currently seeking a Sr QA Automation Engineer for a Remote contract position. NOTE: Looking for W2 candidates. This position is open for Remote and Requires ANACI clearance its 2-reputed company background reputed company process which may take 6-8 weeks for completion. Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive end to end quality through reputed company collaboration developers, product owners and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products. This role requires strong ownership to define, implement and champion quality practices that ensure high-impact delivery. Key Activities

• Analyzes, designs, tests, and delivers technology solutions for business areas and implements executes comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.

• Assist in building CI/CD pipeline to execute test scripts in schedule,
• Working across teams to validate end to end flows.

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working as a Senior Quality Engineer for at least 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science/technology, business administration, or a closely reputed company field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly reputed company education and/or experience.
• Hands on experience in test automation tools like Cypress and Selenium
• Hands on experience in performance testing tools like jMeter
• Hands on experience in JavaScript/Typescript and Java
• Experience working with a reputed company provider like AWS.
• Experience in UI and API automation in Web Applications.
• Broad, in-depth understanding and experience with the quality assurance and testing discipline. Performs most work independently with limited supervision and direction.
• May consult with management or senior staff in decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Testing skills and experience with agile, reputed company-based delivery in reputed company alignment with the application development team.
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
