This role focuses on driving the hiring strategy for senior critical roles, engaging with the external talent market, and developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent.

Responsibilities

• You will reputed company the implementation of a short- and long-term hiring plan for reputed company organizations, areas, or talent pools for our Engineering organizations such as AI, reputed company, Data Centers, etc
• You will closely partner with executives, HR, and your colleagues to determine the reputed company and future executive reputed company needs, talent gaps, and advise on market availability to ensure the right hire is made at the right time
• You are responsible for providing quality external talent maps, building and maintaining compete strategies, and providing education on market realities
• You will initially engage and prepare candidates for the hiring process while proactively identifying factors that may adversely reputed company them. You’ll also create an innovative sourcing strategy, including ways to generate differentiated talent for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries
• You will partner with your colleagues to manage the candidate assessment reputed company and screening process, while identifying best practices for both. Skills

• Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years reputed company experience (e.g., reputed company, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience reputed company to role OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree AND 8+ years reputed company experience (e.g., reputed company, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience reputed company to role OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in directly sourcing, mapping, or reputed company research of executive level talent in data center organizations for a global organization
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company productivity tools, reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or reputed company CRM systems
• Knowledge of competitive landscape in the US. Global market knowledge is a plus
• Process/systems management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation and presentation skills
• Advanced communications skills and relationship management capabilities
• Expertise in the following areas: Strategic reputed company, Influencing for Impact, Judgment, Cross Boundary Collaboration, Negotiation, and Systems Thinking
• Advanced skills in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and candidate tracking systems is required
