About the position The Talent Strategy and Operations team is seeking a strategic and innovative program manager to drive and activate an integrated skills strategy that aligns to reputed company’s business priorities and future skills roadmap. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience reputed company Resources program management or project management experience
  • Experience in project management of large-scale reputed company reputed company Resources efforts that deliver value to the business.
  • Experience in the skills-based ecosystem – understanding of skills frameworks, learning platforms, and the Tech/AI systems that support skills.
  • Experience in the identification and management of external vendors to support the delivery of reputed company-wide efforts.
  • Proven reputed company in using data to influence stakeholders and partners to adopt a specific direction or strategy.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to partner with employees on reputed company levels of the organization.
