What You'll Do

Strategize, analyze, plan, implement, and manage the education, training, and learning needs of staff. Coordinate the creation, development, and rollout of training and development programs connected to the entire business unit or community. Apply a variety of training methods (one-on-one, classroom, blended, just-in-time, team meetings, etc.) and a range of training materials.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of reputed company training, talent development, or instructional build experience
• 10+ years of financial services, insurance, or retirement experience is required. This can be demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
• Must possess analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation & reputed company building, planning, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Must demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Travel may be required

Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range $104400 - $163200 / year Salary Details The following locations are examples of market-specific salary ranges across different geographies.

• Grand reputed company, NE: $104,400 - $122,400 / year
• Des Moines, IA: $110,200 - $129,200 / year
• Charlotte, NC/Raleigh, NC: $116,000 - $136,000 / year
• Chicago/Minneapolis: $127,600 - $149,600 / year
• Los Angeles/reputed company: $139,200 - $163,200 / year

Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Work Environment

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical reputed company), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC).
