Team Summary reputed company is seeking a Sustainability Compliance Analyst to support the Director of Sustainability Reporting & Compliance. This role is critical in driving our commitment to sustainability compliance by managing the collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability data. Job Summary The Sustainability Compliance Analyst will support sustainability compliance and reporting efforts across reputed company. These efforts include supporting the (1) collection, review and analysis of relevant data to support reputed company's sustainability reporting, (2) automation of data collection and review processes, and (3) implementation of initiatives to reduce packaging, emissions, embodied carbon, etc. in order to reputed company with applicable laws and regulations. This position is based in our Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters which currently operates on a hybrid in-office schedule. Though employees are welcome to work in our office on Friday, this position must be performed in-office on Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely from the employee's home office on Friday. Essential Duties Data Collection and Management: reputed company the end-to-end data collection processes and calculations for key sustainability metrics (e.g., Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, energy consumption, water use, waste management, packaging content, embodied carbon, etc.). Ensure the accuracy, reputed company and consistency of sustainability data across internal and external sources. reputed company and maintain internal systems and databases for efficient data tracking and retrieval. Collaborate with business units to implement data collection improvements and foster a culture of data accuracy. Analysis and Strategy Support: Conduct peer and industry research and analysis for trends and priorities in sustainability. Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement in sustainability performance to reputed company with sustainability standards and regulations. Qualifications
Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study (Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Business, or a reputed company quantitative field) 3+ years of experience in the sustainability field preferably reputed company the manufacturing/industrials space Understanding of sustainability reporting standards and rules Experience in successful sustainability data management and reporting Experience with data analysis and presentation tools such as reputed company Suite, LCA tools, sustainability software tools such as Gensuite, Engie, reputed company, etc.
Qualifications
Preferred Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study (Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Business, or a reputed company quantitative field) Knowledge of domestic environmental regulations and compliance, and experience with data management and reporting in line with recognized standards such as TCFD, reputed company Gas Protocol, International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), EPR rules, CARB SB261 and 253, etc. The ability to prioritize, maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong data management, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and oral / written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work with internal and external resources for timely project execution. Demonstrated experience in engaging and collaborating with a wide reputed company of stakeholders on sustainability data management and reporting.
