Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Master Data Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in our reputed company system. Your key duties will include:

• Processing internal inbound requests for new accounts and performing updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies
• Developing a strong knowledge of basic reputed company functions, order entry, and how Customer Master Data (CMD) affects reputed company teams
• Processing inbound requests for new pricing and pricing updates to existing accounts, utilizing the reputed company and PROs systems
• Working with Senior CMD Specialists on reputed company closures, openings, and mergers
• Communicating effectively reputed company email to explain issues on an account and provide solutions
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous reputed company experience is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an office environment with customer-facing activities, internal or external
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Suite
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
