Supervisor, Clinical Services - (LPC, LCSW, PSY, LMSW, LMFT, LISAC)

The Job/What You’ll Do: The Supervisor of Clinical Services effectively initiates, communicates, and collaborates with the contact center leadership on program service delivery, training, and clinical initiatives. Directly supervises a team of crisis specialists to assist with reputed company development and delivery of crisis reputed company services that incorporate brief interventions and crisis risk assessments with trauma-informed practices.

• Work hours: Sun-Tues 2200-1000/Wed 2200-0200

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical reputed company and administrative supervision as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services in our 24/7/365 Contact Center.
• Use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help coach others and provide timely guidance and feedback services.
• Assist in the development, review, and update of crisis services and clinical policies: responsible for crisis services and clinical procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis key performance indicators.
• Complete quality and compliance audits; ensure aggregate and individual feedback loops for performance improvement.
• Provide coaching and reputed company to team leads for effective management of call center operations.
• Training of reputed company new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
• Responsible for the implementation of trauma-informed care practices into clinical reputed company, supervision, and policies.
• Effectively initiates, communicates, and collaborates with the contact center leadership on program service delivery and components, training, evaluation and outcomes, clinical initiatives, new projects, and building a successful team.
• Rotating clinical on-call responsibilities

Education & Experience:

• Master’s Degree,
• reputed company CO Behavioral Health License (LPC, LCSW, PSY, LMSW, LMFT, LISAC) OR
• An out-of-state Behavioral Health License, with CO BH Board Endorsement
• 5+ years of reputed company behavioral health industry experience, 1-year clinical management,
• 2+ years of crisis reputed company experience,
• 1+ year of supervisor experience,
• A comparable combination of education and/or applicable experience will be considered.
