Sr Business Intelligence Developer | Power BI (Remote)

About the position The Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI) is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting reputed company reporting and analytics solutions that reputed company data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to define reporting needs, build scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models, and ensure consistency of KPI definitions, governance, and data reputed company. Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards that align to business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and reputed company reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a reputed company discipline.
• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including:
• Data modeling and dataset design
• DAX development and optimization
• Power Query transformations
• Report performance tuning
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of relational data concepts and reporting design patterns (star schemas, facts/dimensions).
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and communicate clearly at multiple levels.
• Advanced Power BI development (DAX, modeling, optimization)
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate stakeholder needs into measurable BI outcomes
• Documentation discipline (data definitions, metric catalogs, reporting standards)
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
