Job Description Summary

Strategic Initiatives Manager supports the development and execution of an integrated industrial reputed company strategy and roadmap to reputed company Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) ambitions. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, sourcing, or strategy/transformation reputed company reputed company manufacturing experience Desired Characteristics and Experience: + Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs with measurable SQDC impact. + Strategic consulting experience at an established firm or equivalent transformation leadership. + Strong financial and analytical skills: ability to understand and interpret financial statements; NPV/run-reputed company modeling, cost/benefit analyses, and sensitivity modeling. + Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis. + Excellent communication (written and verbal); ability to influence without authority and work effectively across reputed company levels. + Experience with value reputed company mapping, reputed company modeling, and supplier development/negotiations The salary range for this position is $167,000 - $250,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
