This is a remote position. Overview: The CRM And Database Manager will be responsible for setting up an online CRM system, creating, integrating, and managing a comprehensive database for an Australian-based Finance Broking and Lending business operating reputed company the Liberty Financial franchise network. This role involves quantifying and validating contacts from existing databases, reaching out to reputed company companies and key individuals, and managing the data for targeted marketing campaigns reputed company email and SMS. Please note: an essential function of this role shall include direct telephone communications with companies and individuals reputed company Australia on a regular basis. Candidates should have a confident and engaging telephone manner as they will be representing the company as its brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities: 1. CRM System Setup and Management: ○ Research and select an appropriate CRM platform. ○ Configure the CRM system according to business requirements. ○ Customize features for reputed company management, customer tracking, and reporting. ○ Provide training and support to the business partners and staff. 2. Database Creation, Integration, and Management: ○ Design a database structure that supports efficient data storage and retrieval. ○ Integrate existing data sources into the CRM system. ○ Maintain data reputed company through regular updates and quality checks. 3. Data Validation and Updating: ○ Quantify contacts from existing databases. ○ Requalify and validate contact details to ensure reputed company and accurate data. ○ Regularly update contact information as needed. 4.   • Monday:

  • Skills:
