CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, reputed company freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, reputed company-party reproduction, and reputed company donation. Through cross-functional collaboration with adjacent corporate and clinical teams, this role will support CCRM patients and help improve their experience and access the care they deserve. Responsibilities

What You Will Do: The reputed company-Party Program Manager is responsible for leading operations of the Donor reputed company Bank, supporting cross-functional teams, and foster improvements in reputed company-party reproductive programs. • Evaluate systems, tools, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend change(s) to drive program improvement to align with strategic goals and streamline processes.

• Manage the team’s data tracking, metrics, and KPIs across operational, quality, and patient experience outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Bachelors’ degree in business, reputed company or a reputed company field required.
• 3+ years’ experience in reputed company industry required.
• 2+ years’ experience leading teams through direct management required.
• Demonstrated track record of effectively tracking, measuring, and improving KPIs across operational and clinical objectives.
• Project management experience required; IT system transition/implementation project management preferred.
