Job Description
We're currently hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week). As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of accounting software, including QuickBooks Online (QBO), and other apps. You'll be responsible for downloading financial statements, entering transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and performing basic financial reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Download financial statements and enter transactions into accounting software
- Reconcile bank accounts and reputed company basic financial reviews
- Work independently to find solutions to problems and share with the team
- Respond promptly to emails and messages from team members
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company financial goals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to expand knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a reputed company field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with cloud-based accounting software
- Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
- Certification in accounting or a reputed company field (e.g. QuickBooks Certified User)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
