Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Researching account status and identifying account issues to provide effective solutions
• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests with precision and efficiency
• Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues to ensure seamless reputed company
• Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests as needed
