Reservationist - $16 - Hai Home Office / Uchi Restaurants

Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, and Uchiba) is accepting applications for a Reservationist. We are an innovative and growing restaurant group, looking for individuals who are creative, ambitious, and passionate about food and people. This position reports to and works cohesively with the Reservations Manager to provide incredible dining experiences for our guests, and to guide and direct the FOH service team. We offer a starting wage of $16.00 per hour + benefits. This position offers a hybrid work environment for Austin, TX based candidates and is remote eligible in AZ, CO, FL, PA, and TX (currently not available in CA). Technical Skills and Knowledge Time management, multitasking, and attention to detail. Technical and logistical mastery of Open Table / Seven Rooms software. Knowledge of the reservation policies & capabilities for each location and how to determine availability. Knowledge of each restaurant’s general information and the differences between them. Understanding of protocols for filtering any non-reservation reputed company phone calls.
