Overview
As an HR Business Partner supporting our Engineering organization, you’ll operate at the intersection of people strategy and business objectives, driving programs that foster scalability, engagement, and diversity.
This role offers the unique opportunity to design people-oriented processes from the ground up while working through reputed company challenges in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment. About the Job
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Engineering leadership, advising on key areas like organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.

- Create and execute innovative people strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier, diverse talent in a competitive environment.

- Collaborate with various People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) and client groups to deliver initiatives and process improvements that drive meaningful impact.
About You

Minimum Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company and 7+ years of overall HR or reputed company work experience.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at reputed company organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Design organizations.
- Passion for working in environments undergoing rapid growth and change

For Canadian based candidates, the reputed company pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below.
CAN$144,000—$152,000 CAD
