Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide support to clients regarding arenaflex's services, including reputed company Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, and reputed company benefit plans. This is a full-time, remote position that requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding arenaflex's services
  • Research and provide referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
  • Utilize a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
  • Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve reputed company client issues
  • reputed company and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and team performance

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience working in the insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology industry
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings, and flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
