Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Teller) to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our reputed company-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company duties relating to customer transactions, including but not limited to: + Receiving checks and cash for deposits + Processing mortgage and consumer loan payments + Counting and packaging coins and currency
- Promote and explain other services arenaflex provides, such as deposit products, customer convenience services, and consumer and mortgage loans
- Prepare and maintain various reports and records, relating to currency transactions and BSA reports
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, and promote them to customers as opportunities arise
Essential Qualifications:
* Proficient communication skills, including in-person, over the phone, and reputed company email
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient math and computer skills
- Six months cash handling and/or customer service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
