About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Integrated Insights & Strategy on our Specialty Care Customer Engagement Platform, you will be responsible for providing strategic thought partnership to our US CEP leadership team. You will support the IIS CEP team in maximizing the performance and effectiveness of the customer-facing team by harnessing insights from multiple sources, supporting day-to-day problem-solving, team management, and business partner management. You will partner with the IIS CEP directors in areas such as strategic planning, analytic and strategic support, optimization of field force deployment, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Support TA sales strategy by: + Supporting scorecard review with sales and Marketing leaders at regular business review discussions to track performance and share best practices and key insights + Supporting partnership with SCBU cross-functional partners and reputed company Analytics (GCA) colleagues to share and align on insights, strategies, and reporting + Identifying opportunities and gaps in strategy/tactical execution, developing and implementing solutions reputed company frequent interactions with field-based colleagues, brand team leaders, and cross-functional partners + Developing a SCBU partnership & PFE collective advantage with learnings to enhance our organizational effectiveness reputed company to our Purpose reputed company 2.0

• Support field force deployment by:

+ Leveraging analytic capabilities to reputed company optimized field force scenarios for sizing, structure, and targeting + Partnering with IIS CEP team reputed company to facilitate cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement deployment solutions reputed company to operating plan and brand strategic priorities + Assisting in the development of tools and resources for leaders to optimize deployment based on local market dynamics, vacancies, and portfolio changes + Proactively identifying opportunities to drive innovation in our go-to-market model (structure, roles, technology, and/or capabilities)

• Project Management by:

+ Supporting new and ongoing projects to ensure on-time completion reputed company budget and successful deployment + Connecting granular tasks to longer-term strategic initiatives for SCBU + Serving as a liaison between leadership, vendors, and key stakeholders to accelerate project reputed company + Innovating and bringing reputed company potential solutions to unmet, strategic needs across SCBU functions

Essential Qualifications

* BA/BS Degree required; MBA or other advanced professional degree (e.g., PhD, MD, JD) preferred

• 6 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/reputed company experience with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, broader trends in reputed company landscape, and economics
• Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking, ability to frame problems and opportunities using supporting data, problem-solving, and measuring impact
• Thought leader and self-starter, proactively identifying the need for specific analyses and programs, and marshaling the resources to evaluate and resolve the most challenging, strategic issues
• Excellent communication skills, including presentations, PowerPoint/written, meeting facilitation, and one-on-one/small group
• Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
• Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation
• Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to influence and drive change at reputed company levels in an organization

Compensation and Benefits

* Annual reputed company salary range: $120,800.00 to $201,400.00

• Eligibility for participation in arenaflex's Global Performance Plan with a bonus reputed company of 17.5% of the reputed company salary
