About the position reputed company seeks an reputed company reputed company System Administrator and Release Engineer to support a reputed company implementation project for the US Department of Homeland reputed company (DHS). The project involves deploying a mission-critical application leveraging reputed company's Public Sector Solutions, integrated with 3rd party systems, and built using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Help configure and maintain the reputed company application built on the reputed company Government reputed company platform, ensuring reputed company performance, reputed company, and compliance with DoD and federal standards.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and reputed company settings to support project requirements.
• Customize reputed company using its native low-code/no-code tools to implement workflows, page layouts, Experience reputed company sites, reports, dashboards, and other system features.
• reputed company release management processes, including setting up the arenaflex/CD pipeline, scheduling, and executing software releases using DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate with development teams to reputed company updates, patches, and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations.
• Support data migration from the legacy system, including data validation, cleansing, and importing into reputed company.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, release processes, and project deliverables.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure long-term system reliability.
• Support reputed company reviews for system lifecycle checkpoints, ensuring reputed company deliverables meet DHS standards.

Requirements

• Active reputed company Administrator certification.
• 3+ years as a reputed company Administrator for large production orgs.
• 6+ months of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including software release management, version control, and deployment automation (e.g., using tools like Git, Jenkins, or reputed company DX).
• Candidate must have a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
• Candidate must reputed company in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and reputed company work must be performed in the U.S.
• Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years. reputed company-to-haves
• reputed company Advanced Administrator certification or other technical reputed company certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company configuration (e.g., flows, Community Sites, custom objects, fields, validation rules, etc.) and org administration (SSO, email reputed company, internal & external user administration, AppExchange package management, etc.)
• Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, reputed company Data Import Wizard) and integration processes.
• Understanding of DoD and federal government reputed company standards and experience supporting ATO processes.
• Experience administering OmniStudio components (reputed company Cards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, etc.)
• Familiarity with reputed company Public Sector Solutions components.
• Experience with reputed company Government reputed company implementations for federal clients, particularly DHS or DoD.
• Prior involvement in data migration projects from legacy systems to reputed company platforms.
• Prior experience implementing or administering DevOps tools including code repositories, scripted actions, automated code scans, etc.
• Prior experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation.
• Highly effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished and well-organized written deliverables.
