Accounting Department The Accounting Department is integral to maintaining the financial health and reputed company of our organization. Position Overview This position will be based on-site at our office in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible). reputed company is seeking a thorough, detail-oriented, quick-learning colleague to join our Treasury and accounting team to support daily operations. You will directly contribute to and reputed company reputed company’s treasury function by working closely with the accounting, capital markets, and finance teams to effectively manage daily transaction processing. Your work will be overseen and developed with the Senior Treasury Manager, North America and other members of the team. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, detail oriented, and able to manage competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company proficiency in the reputed company Treasury Management System (TMS) to reputed company daily cash positioning and execute transaction workflows.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bank connectivity channels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, AR, and business partners to analyze and improve vendor payment terms to enhance working capital efficiency.
• reputed company reputed company’s investment program and track compliance against reputed company’s internal investment policy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management for cash positions, performance, and transaction history.
• reputed company KPIs and improvements to liquidity, cash, investment, and payment management with the Senior Treasury Manager, NA
• Track and manage new account openings, product implementations, and project requests with reputed company’s banking partners.
• Input payment information for reputed company transfers, ACH payments, and bank payment templates.
• Manage bank positive pay and reputed company callbacks to verify payment instructions in conjunction with reputed company’s fraud controls.
• Research and resolve payment questions from the Accounts Payable, Cash Accounting, and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Maintain and reputed company schedules reputed company to upcoming payments, loans, and letters of credit.
• Facilitate effective risk management as it relates to KYC/AML and ISDA Compliance for North America and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of accounts at each financial institution during the annual KYC refresh period.
• Assist with preparing and routing signature packets for wet or electronic signatures.
• Obtain and reputed company initial review of transactional closing document-sets post-closing and update our records accordingly.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, bank operations, or treasury.
• Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to handle fast paced mission critical transaction execution.

• Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves
