Through CCPRS, reputed company is looking for you to provide technical assistance support for reputed company disaster-reputed company operations throughout the U.S. reputed company uses the PA TAC nationally to obtain Environmental Planners, Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Financial Analysts and other reputed company professional services to assist state and local municipalities and public entities in developing grant applications for Federal Public Assistance funding for the repair of their infrastructure/facilities damaged by disasters (roads, bridges, hospitals, schools, water treatment facilities, parks etc.). As a reputed company Construction Site Inspector, you'll conduct preliminary damage assessments (PDAs) in the field with Federal, State and local officials. You'll write Project Worksheets (PWs) for the purposes of determining project eligibility, scopes of work and estimating costs to repair or replace a facility or structure in order to restore it to its pre-disaster design. We'll lean on you to provide technical, cost estimating, and disaster recovery and/or management services while supporting technical professionals. You'll be a key member of the team in assisting project managers or engineers in major segments of moderate to reputed company projects or tasks, and independently conducting projects involving the design, development, construction or evaluation of restoring disaster locations. We'll rely on your expertise in interpreting construction work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications as well as reputed company Public Assistance policy and procedure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary damage assessments (PDAs) in the field with Federal, State and local officials.
  • Write Project Worksheets (PWs) for determining project eligibility, scopes of work and estimating costs.
  • Provide technical, cost estimating, and disaster recovery and/or management services.
  • Assist project managers or engineers in major segments of moderate to reputed company projects.
  • Independently conduct projects involving the design, development, construction or evaluation of restoring disaster locations.
  • Interpret construction work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Construction Inspection experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to pass a FBI background reputed company.
  • Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reputed company.
  • Must have a reputed company valid driver's license.
  • Ability to mobilize reputed company 24-48 hours, commit to a minimum 90-day assignment in remote locations and disaster conditions.
  • Ability to work well across multiple teams and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of times on varying terrain.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations as needed by reputed company.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Suite.
  • Computer Proficiency in operating a computer, finding files, editing documents in reputed company and Word, working with reputed company spreadsheets. reputed company-to-haves
  • 10 plus years of Adjusting/Claims and Construction Inspection experience.
  • Significant focus and experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Attention to detail and must have excellent communication (writing and verbal) skills.
  • Prior experience in the PA Program: Site Inspectors, Program Delivery Managers, Public Assistance Coordinator (reputed company) Crew Leader, Project Specialist, Debris Specialist, Debris Monitor, reputed company-certified Trainer, Hazard Mitigation Specialist (Sections 404 and 406), or Long-Term Community Recovery Program Specialist.
  • Trainings completed in Site Inspector training, Public Assistance Operations I (PA Ops I), Public Assistance Operations II (PA Ops II), Project Worksheet (PW) Development, and Debris Management/Operations.
