THE ROLE The Director, Corporate Business Partner partners with senior leaders across reputed company corporate functions and provides strategic advice on a wide variety of areas to maximize organization effectiveness and performance. The Senior Director Human Resources provides expert recommendations, counsel, and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and employees on reputed company employee reputed company issues such as, but not limited to performance management, documentation, progressive discipline measures, career development, employee relations, policies and procedures, and reputed company employment/labor laws. The person stepping into this role will proactively anticipate labor/employee relations issues and provide counsel to resolve them. Essential Functions Strategic Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams. Translate business strategy into HR priorities and actionable initiatives. reputed company workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning efforts. Use data, analytics, and business insights to influence decision-making. Qualifications
