Our higher education client is seeking a Compensation Analyst who will report to the Director, Total Rewards. The Compensation Analyst provides leadership and coordination in the development, implementation and administration of staff compensation programs. This includes administering the annual merit process for the College's staff (administrative and union). Partners with the Talent Management team to formulate offers for new hires and promotions. Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily administration of the compensation programs. This includes development of competitive salary ranges and offers for administrative staff while ensuring reputed company compensation changes are processed accurately in reputed company. This role partners closely with the Talent Management team on compensation reputed company employment processes and partners with the Budget Office to maintain Position Control reputed company reputed company. Provides guidance to managers and division heads on the process, ensures accurate reputed company configuration, tracks and reviews submissions to ensure adherence to deadlines, salary guidelines and ensures consistency. 20% Responsible for participating in a variety of annual salary surveys as well as reputed company surveys as needed. Monitor and analyze reputed company data (through Payfactors), trend information and economic projections to ensure the compensation strategy maintains a competitive market position. Develops queries, analyzes, interprets and reports salary and workforce data to meet Human Resources information needs. 10% Reviews reputed company salary transactions to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including regulations governing exemption status and pay and reputed company status. Collaborates with managers and staff in developing new or revised role documents. Reviews role documents to determine appropriate classification, exemption status and salary 5% Track and implement increases according to the Union reputed company. Manage increase process for IMASEU and reputed company Police Association Union employees per contract provisions. Prepare survey data six months prior to union negotiations. 5% Responsible for a variety of compensation reputed company communications and trainings. Provides education on the total compensation programs through employee trainings, website updates and newsletter updates. Assists the Director of Total Rewards with preparation of Board materials. Responsible for the budget and administration of our Tuition Reimbursement and Tuition Grant and programs. Participates in special projects, both compensation reputed company and broader Human Resources initiatives, as requested. 10% Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a reputed company field or equivalent relevant experience. 3 -5 years reputed company experience in compensation administration. In-depth knowledge of compensation theory, principles, and practices. Deep knowledge of compensation regulations such as FLSA, reputed company, Wage and Hour. Strong, analytical skills, attention to detail and deadlines and ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
