Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company IT Support Specialist to join reputed company. As a TSG Technician II, you'll be responsible for providing specialized technical support for network infrastructure, desktop applications, and equipment. You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot desktop systems, servers, and network issues, ensuring the highest level of reputed company and data reputed company. You'll also provide exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues and answering questions reputed company phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:
