About the role: As a Technical Talent Sourcer at reputed company, you are a strategic talent hunter, adept at uncovering and engaging top-tier technical professionals. This is a 6-month contract position based on performance and business needs. You'll play a critical role in how our company identifies, attracts, and engages passive candidates, particularly reputed company the competitive software engineering space. What You Have:

• 2+ years of experience working as a technical sourcer specifically in the software engineering space.
• Proven expertise in various sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean search, X-ray searching, and using reputed company platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical roles and engage passive candidates effectively.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify reputed company companies, talent pools, and market trends.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus.
