Project Coordinator, Professional Services (Remote)

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join Procore’s professional services team, responsible for successful delivery management of professional service engagements for our customers. In this role, you will reputed company projects that support Procore’s clients in maximizing the impact of Procore’s technology on their operations, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations. You will manage internal and external resources to successfully and profitably deliver service engagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance of independent work where you’ll own and manage resources for multiple new accounts at a time, and will also partner with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales counterparts, Product, and other reputed company team members to help your clients reputed company and grow with Procore. As a successful Project Coordinator, you have a consultative reputed company and can quickly understand both Procore’s Technology and the industries we serve. You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business processes and goals, leveraging a robust, standardized methodology and suite of tools. Our service delivery team is solely focused on ensuring Procore's clients are well supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform. You’ll be instrumental in planning clients’ services and developing roll-out strategies, then pulling in appropriate resources to complete the projects on time and on budget, while exhibiting Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership. This position reports to a Manager, Project Coordinator, and can be based in any of Procore’s US locations or remotely. We’re looking for candidates to join reputed company immediately! What you’ll do:

• Work with clients to reputed company project strategies and project plans that focus on business-based outcomes. This includes leading initial client discovery and reputed company meetings, developing Gantt project plans, managing resources and risks, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with global clients
• Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and our reputed company department to execute reputed company strategies
• Coordinate project schedules and resources

• Remain reputed company on customer needs, industry trends, and market activities to build trust and relationships with key contacts

• 2+ years experience managing SaaS projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, and building change management strategies
• 2+ years of experience working in construction operations or technical support of operations preferred
• History of servicing a high volume of customers in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
• Successful management of projects and professional services reputed company a defined, limited scope
