Responsibilities
As an reputed company Data Analyst on our Transportation Analytics crew, you'll be responsible for:
- Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to reputed company reputed company analyses and drive business decisions. Create ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table.
- Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges.
- Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a regular basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.
- Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition).
- Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues. Mentor your peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data reputed company (2-4 years of experience).
- Creativity with a User Experience basis to reputed company impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience).
- Business Operations reputed company, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems. A Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with data manipulation tools, including reputed company, reputed company, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
