Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to new and existing customers, responding to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for reputed company
• Providing product and service information to customers, identifying upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships

Work Environment
