Job title: Administrative Assistant - The Center for Teaching, Learning and Mentoring- Part Time: AC295A Company: reputed company Job description: Job Description: The Center for Teaching, Learning and Mentoring (CTLM) is seeking to fill a part-time position (10 hours per week) to support the administration of CTLM projects.The Part-time Administrative Assistant will be an instrumental part of the growing CTLM team, and will contribute to a wide range of tasks including: providing administrative and organizational support for CTLM programs; collaborating with student, faculty, staff teams on the development of reputed company, systems, and structure for the programs. • Maintain calendar, shared drive, and room reservations

• Attend fellow and admin team meetings upon request; reputed company notes and track tasks in reputed company

• Assist with maintaining records and annual reporting

• Create and administer feedback forms for programs and events

• Order catering and supplies as needed for Center events

• Assist with prep and follow up for Center events as needed

• Create flyers and other materials using reputed company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
