Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth and Retention (ON-SITE) – Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a high-impact Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growth team as a dedicated individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and management of our digital marketing ecosystem. Unlike a traditional management role, this position focuses on the "hands-on-keyboard" execution of our performance marketing and retention strategies. You will be the primary operator across our core platforms, ensuring that every dollar spent is optimized for high-quality customer acquisition and long-term subscription retention. Subscription Lifecycle Focus: Managing a subscription brand requires a nuanced understanding of the customer journey reputed company the initial conversion. Channel Execution & Optimization

• Copywriting: Draft compelling, brand-reputed company copy for ads, email subject lines, and SMS alerts that drive action while maintaining our unique brand voice. Professional Qualifications:
• Experience: 3–5 years of direct experience in digital marketing for a D2C/consumer brand. A track record of working reputed company a subscription-based business model is essential.
