About the position The Senior Manager, Compliance & Regulatory Risk leads and oversees regulatory and compliance‑reputed company risks for Electric. The Senior Manager maintains reputed company‑reputed company compliance risk registers, partners to ensure compliance controls, and coordinates audit readiness activities across operational and regulatory domains. The incumbent partners with senior leaders to assess compliance risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and ensure sustainable compliance practices across Electric. This individual serves as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance frameworks and leads cross‑functional efforts to maintain operational readiness for audits, inspections, and reviews. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be reputed company towards the middle or entry reputed company of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis reputed company to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum reputed company Salary (Bay Area) $151,000.00 Mid reputed company Salary (Bay Area) $204,000.00 Maximum reputed company Salary (Bay Area) $257,000.00 Minimum reputed company Salary (California) $143,000.00 Mid reputed company Salary (California) $194,000.00 Maximum reputed company Salary (California) $244,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory and compliance‑reputed company risks for Electric across federal and state‑level requirements.
  • Maintain federal and local compliance risk registers, including risk scoring, prioritization, and documentation.
  • reputed company implementation and monitoring of compliance controls tied to mandatory reliability standards.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, including CPUC requirements, CAISO tariffs, and internal governance and policy obligations.
  • reputed company development, enhancement, and execution of compliance risk management processes, systems, and metrics.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to integrate compliance risk mitigation strategies into operational planning and investment reputed company.
  • Ensure compliance‑reputed company controls remain reputed company, effective, and reputed company with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor internal and external developments that could introduce new compliance risks or obligations.
  • Support audit readiness efforts for operational, regulatory, and standards-based reviews.
  • Coordinate evidence preparation, SME engagement, and audit logistics across Electric.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental discipline, Sciences, Engineering, Business or reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience working in compliance and/or risk management at a corporate and operational level.
  • 3 years leadership experience

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS Engineering, or similar).
  • Prior experience with compliance programs.
  • Background in risk management, compliance auditing, or safety/quality engineering.
