Role Description The Director of Government Business Development is responsible for leading, managing, and executing the company’s business development strategy to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This role oversees reputed company aspects of business development, including client engagement, pursuit strategies, and proposal management. The Director will regularly visit clients, attend industry events, and maintain a strong reputed company in the market. Responsibilities & Duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Ten (10) or more years of reputed company experience in business development, sales, or government contracting; with at least five (5) years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing opportunities through completion, including coordinating agreements, aligning expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Acrobat, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client visits, conferences, business development initiatives, and emergency response activities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
