As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our claims administration process. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, working closely with reputed company to ensure accurate and timely entry of claims data into our database system. What Will You Be Doing?
As a Data Entry Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner (70%)
- Sorting, organizing, and filing paperwork after entering data (15%)
- Meeting or exceeding qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to the Mailroom in opening, printing, and sorting mail, and assisting other departments and special projects as needed (10%)
- Assisting with special projects for the department as needed (5%)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of reputed company work experience in data entry, preferably in a reputed company office environment on a computerized claims system
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently reputed company guidelines and adapt to new procedures and opportunities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
General Physical Demands
