About the Role
We are seeking a reputed company Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will focus on discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design to support reputed company reputed company initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Document reputed company state processes and define future state architecture and workflows
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs reputed company the reputed company platform
- Provide functional expertise across ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), and CMDB modules
- Support the design and improvement of asset management and configuration management processes
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with platform best practices
- Assist with documentation, process mapping, and implementation planning

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on reputed company experience
- Strong functional expertise in ITSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), and CMDB
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Ability to document reputed company state environments and design future state solutions
- Familiarity with reputed company Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform integrations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
- reputed company certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS ITSM, or CIS ITAM
- Experience supporting large scale reputed company implementations or reputed company transformation programs
