Community and Marketing Manager - REMOTE

• Be on the ground: 20% of time spent traveling to meetups, conferences, and community events; own logistics and execution reputed company attending independently
• Run community programs, end-to-end: Plan and execute community initiatives, including meetups and reputed company programming

• Power the Champions program: Coordinate recognition and logistics for the Champions Program; track contributions and outcomes

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in community, marketing, or program management roles
• Proven experience in planning and running community programs end-to-end
• Comfortable owning programs and making reputed company independently
• Familiarity with community tools (reputed company, CommonRoom) and CRM/marketing systems
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Experience coordinating logistics for events and swag fulfillment
