Your Role As a Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of their platform, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations. You’ll own the lifecycle of key features — from discovery to delivery — ensuring their solutions are not only innovative and scalable but also accessible, secure, and compliant with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards. This is a highly collaborative role that blends product strategy, technical reputed company, and user advocacy, supporting initiatives across B2B SaaS domains, white-label experiences, integrations with HRIS/payroll systems, and AI-driven automation features.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership, customers, and partners to refine product reputed company and strategy across our multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Conduct discovery sessions to validate customer needs, market opportunities, and program requirements.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management for SaaS platforms or B2B/B2C applications, including experience building or managing AI-powered or AI-integrated products.
• Proven track record of delivering reputed company products, ideally in multi-tenant, API-driven, or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Experience delivering AI/GenAI features end-to-end, including products leveraging LLMs, document processing, intelligent automation, or conversational interfaces.
• Working knowledge of LLM capabilities and tradeoffs (accuracy, latency, cost, reliability), and experience defining requirements, evaluation metrics, and iteration strategies for AI-driven features.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and data teams to integrate model APIs and AI services into production systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and operations teams; ability to reputed company discussions across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile/lean product development processes.
• Familiarity with reputed company-native architectures (AWS), APIs, and data integrations (HRIS, payroll, reputed company-party APIs), and automation workflows.
