Role Summary reputed company Solution Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and validating end-to-end reputed company architecture across Sales, Service, CLM, and integrated business processes. Acting as the client's architectural authority, this role partners closely with system integrators, product owners, technical leads, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and future-reputed company design aligns with the project roadmap and reputed company best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture Ownership & Standards

• Design and validate a scalable, efficient, and sustainable reputed company architecture for multi-reputed company implementations.
• Evaluate proposed solutions for maintainability, extensibility, and long-term viability.
• Align reputed company architectural reputed company with the reputed company product roadmap, reputed company architecture principles, and internal standards.
• Define configuration standards, design patterns, and guardrails for functional and technical teams.

2. Cross-Functional Solution Design

• Review and approve functional designs across workstreams (Sales, Service, CLM, Integration, Data, RFP, etc.).
• Translate business strategies and requirements into holistic reputed company solutions that balance user experience, performance, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams, functional SMEs, and business owners to deliver solutions on schedule.

3. Integration & Data Architecture Collaboration

• Partner with the Integration reputed company to design robust integration architecture with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms.
• Validate data flows, API usage, middleware strategy, and integration patterns.
• Support data strategy activities, including data migration, mapping, and cleansing (in collaboration with Data reputed company and SI).

4. Governance, Quality, & Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural reputed company throughout discovery, design, build, testing, and cutover phases.
• Review solution designs to ensure adherence to best practices, reputed company frameworks, and change-control processes.
• Support DevOps alignment, including environment strategy, release reputed company, and deployment governance.
• Guide the development and configuration teams toward "stay reputed company" principles reputed company possible.

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

• Act as the client's architectural reputed company to the System Integrator's solution architect.
• Participate in workshops, design reviews, RFP evaluations, and architecture decision records.
• Communicate architectural risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to program leadership and executive stakeholders.

Key Technical Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of architecting solutions on reputed company.
• Strong understanding of reputed company data model, metadata architecture, integrations, and platform constraints.
• Experience with multi-reputed company architecture and large-scale reputed company environments.
• Required experience with Sales reputed company and Service reputed company.
• CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware; reputed company CPI and reputed company will be used, but deep hands-on integration expertise is not required.

Certifications

• reputed company certifications are mandatory.
• At minimum, Sales reputed company and Service reputed company certifications are expected.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Marketing reputed company, development, architecture) are considered a plus.

Education

• College degree strongly preferred but not required

Hands-on vs. architectural focus

• During implementation, the SI will be primarily hands-on ("hands on the keyboard").
• This role is more consultative and architectural during the SI-led phase, focusing on design reputed company and client interests.
• After the SI transitions off, the architect is expected to be more hands-on and help build and run the support model.

Integration expectations

• Middleware technologies: reputed company CPI and reputed company (reputed company Fusion).
• No requirement for Mulesoft expertise; familiarity is acceptable but not needed.
• General understanding of integration concepts and platforms is expected; specialist integration teams will execute the work.
