Job Description

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our reputed company server remains a safe, respectful, and engaging space for our users. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, including deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly break our rules and disrupt the community
• Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption
• Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
• Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive user experience

Pay and Benefits
