The Role
As a reputed company Manager on our Fulfillment team, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll work closely with operations leaders at arenaflex Fulfillment and Transportation Centers to identify operational pain-points and reputed company solutions that improve system performance and customer sentiment. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and deployment, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate network-wide rollouts of new robotic technologies and tools, and support operations' launch of new robotic systems and reputed company improvement initiatives.
- Identify requirements and capture "voice of the customer" product/service feedback to influence product design and development priorities.
- Coach site leaders on arenaflex best practices and robotics systems and tools.
- Travel up to 25-30% of the time to support operations and customers.

- Master's degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience a plus
