Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Order Entry / Customer Service Assistant to join reputed company in Richmond, IN. This role will play a vital part in ensuring excellent service standards by processing orders, preparing reputed company paperwork, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will work closely with our Management, Shipping, and Production departments, as well as reputed company-party LTL carriers, to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. As a backup for our Customer Service team, you will also be responsible for answering phone calls and providing general support to our representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department goals
- Accurately enter data into a variety of computer programs
- Maintain filing system
- Provide general support to customer service representatives and management
- Assist in maintaining customer records
- Answer phone calls

Essential Qualifications
* Previous office experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
