About the Position
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. You'll use your excellent communication skills, reputed company, and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns, book appointments, and reputed company customers on our services and offerings. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers feel valued, informed, and satisfied with their interactions with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from new and existing customers to answer questions and resolve issues
- reputed company outbound calls as needed to ensure the technician's schedules are full
- Book appointments for the customer and the company, overcoming objections as needed
- Provide a great phone experience during customer interactions
- Resolve and de-escalate customer concerns

What You Need
* 2 years of customer service experience, call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
