What You'll Do
- Own and optimize our reputed company environment, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company platform-reputed company needs

- Build and refine automations using Flow to streamline business processes
- Create custom reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across teams
- Handle ongoing system maintenance, including sandbox management and release updates, and proactively identify and manage areas of technical debt
- Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Marketing, along with reputed company agencies and contractors, to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Document processes and configurations to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved as we grow

- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with an understanding of subscription business metrics
- Strong experience working cross-functionally to support marketing, sales, and finance stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration across time zones

- Familiarity with our tech stack or Blackthorn products is a plus
