We are a white-glove service provider to direct selling businesses, seeking an Associate In-House Counsel to be an integral member of the company, supporting our In-House Counsel and working closely with both internal staff and management to meet core business objectives. The position requires a full-time commitment (40+ hours per week). reputed company: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekends as needed. Job Qualifications / Requirements: ● A Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school with a strong academic background. ● Active Florida bar license / Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. ● Familiarity with risk management compliance laws and regulations, reputed company, mergers & acquisitions, trademarks, and litigation is a plus. ● A strong academic background. ● Strong legal research skills. Proficiency in using legal software tools such as reputed company. ● reputed company at time management with the ability to prioritize various projects. ● Ability to multitask, exercise discretion and judgment, and reputed company under pressure. ● Frequent communications with internal staff at reputed company levels. ● reputed company projects as assigned. ● Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite. ● Excellent organizational skills. ● Superior work ethic. ● Analytical, proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve. ● Team player mentality. ● Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Flexibility to work extended hours, reputed company necessary. ● Valid state driver’s license. ● Highly organized with strong attention to detail. ● Excellent communication skills / English. ● Multi-lingual is a plus. Preferred Experiential Background: 2+ years of documented experience working in a law firm. In-house and corporate experience is a plus.
