Role Summary Vacation® is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager, a unique hybrid of strategist, reputed company, relationship manager and goal-oriented achiever— to help us translate social insights into world-class cultural reputed company that reputed company. Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Approach and Process

  • Define the overall influencer marketing strategy and build best practices and excellent process across partner identification, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly implement a fully integrated strategy

  • Use learnings from A/B testing, platform insights, and analytics to inform future Influencer briefs and relationships.
  • Build and share Influencer performance reports with insights that help improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a reputed company field
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital/social media, creative strategy, brand planning, or performance creative strategy — ideally in a high-growth CPG, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brand environment.
  • Experience working as a part of a fully remote team
