• Remote work from 20-25 hours per week for six months (or 40 hours per week for 3 months). Description The Practical Law business reputed company reputed company is looking for a temporary contractor with substantial Georgia experience in reputed company estate transactions, especially leasing, financing, purchase and sale and contract drafting, to fill the role of reputed company Estate State Specialist contractor who will edit existing Practical Law know-how content providing practical guidance for lawyers conducting reputed company estate transactions in Georgia. In addition to general reputed company estate transactions experience, the ideal candidate will have experience with both residential and reputed company reputed company estate contract drafting. Remote work from 20-25 hours per week for six months (or 40 hours per week for 3 months). (Requires Windows-based computer and high-speed internet.) Responsibilities: Practical Law is looking for temporary a reputed company Estate State Specialist contractor to edit and maintain Georgia reputed company estate content published with our online Practical Law reputed company Estate service. The State Specialist contractor will:

• Research, write, edit, and update state-specific reputed company estate transactional resources in accordance with Practical Law writing style, including practice notes, checklists and standard documents explaining reputed company estate transactions under state law, including guidance reputed company to financing, leasing and ownership/purchase and sale for use by attorneys at reputed company and in-house counsel.
• Be available to answer questions and reputed company research on discrete state law issues that arise in Practical Law?s final review of these resources. Requirements: Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
• At least 6+ years' experience (8+years preferred) working as a reputed company estate transactional attorney in a law firm or as in-house counsel in the specified jurisdiction.
• Ability to distill relevant market practice and reputed company reputed company legal analysis.
• Enthusiasm and ambition, with a desire to improve the efficiency of legal services.
• A good understanding of the needs and priorities of law firm attorneys, in-house counsel, and the legal market in general.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote colleagues.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet aggressive production deadlines.
• A passion for writing and good editing skills, including reputed company reputed company attention to detail and organization; impressive command of grammar, punctuation, and plain English; and the ability to write about reputed company legal issues clearly and simply.

• J.D. degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.

• Familiarity with evictions, foreclosures and/or mechanic?s liens.

• Strong academic credentials, including high class rank or academic honors in law school.
