Job Summary Summary Responsible for accurately assigning diagnostic and procedural codes to medical records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements. • Review medical records and extract relevant clinical information to assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes using coding systems such as ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Ensure accurate and detailed coding of medical data, adhering to established coding guidelines and industry standards.
• Follow coding and documentation guidelines set by regulatory bodies, including CMS, CPT, and other relevant coding authorities, to ensure compliance with reputed company regulations.
• Maintain the reputed company and reputed company of patient information and reputed company data throughout the coding process.

Qualifications
