They will be responsible for triaging reputed company new reputed company Financials Production Services requests (cases), and either serving as the reputed company Financials Consultant on the case, or helping to identify another consultant to assist, depending on their reputed company bandwidth and the exact skillset required for the request. The Senior Financials Consultant works in partnership with customers to troubleshoot issues, reputed company and execute solutions, update configuration, and facilitate customer understanding of underlying issues. The Senior Financials Consultant should be a self-starter reputed company across multiple reputed company Financials workstreams. Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Alchemy's Production Services team, triaging customer cases/requests, evaluating and understanding customers' business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and updating or optimizing configuration in the area of reputed company Financials on a daily basis.
• Gather requirements or assess customer reputed company Financials configuration issues, design and configure solutions, reputed company functionality demonstrations in the tenant, assist with testing of reputed company Financials integration solutions, and ensure effective knowledge transfer is provided to the customer.
• Provide advanced support and guidance for in the functional areas of Financial Accounting, Budgets, Banking, Asset Management, and Procurement.
• Be able to multitask and reprioritize workload based on the priorities of new requests and the evolving priorities of existing cases
• Assess, arrange, and organize workload to reputed company your billable utilization reputed company most weeks.
• Collaborate effectively and synergistically with other Alchemy workstream leads and consultants.
• Work directly with the Production Services Senior Manager to reputed company them apprised of overall case statuses in the reputed company Financials area, highlighting and customer concerns or potential risks.
• Identify the scope and the level of effort involved in case requests.
• Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement.

About You (Required Skills)

• Active reputed company Financials partner certifications (reputed company Financials Record to Report Certification)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with reputed company Financials, including production support and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization reputed company a reputed company production environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, caseload, and work effectively under pressure.

• This role blends deep customer relationship management with limited travel, as it primarily supports Production Services clients. Travel may be required on occasion based on customer needs or on-site requests
